You know what’s the best thing about the Internet? That it keeps changing. Techniques we use, time we spent on doing stuff – everything gets better and better.
Right now probably the hottest topic on building websites is a little CSS thing called font-face. As more browser supports embedding fonts based on the URLs, more people wants to use it. And that’s an awesome thing – ability to use fonts you want on you web page without not accessible at all Flash and other techniques trying to do that way around. But the main issue with embedding URLs, is licensing. Trust me, there is not lot fonts we can use freely without legal consequences on our web page.
And even if we try to remain clean, it all takes too much time - finding proper fonts and dealing with its license troubles. Fortunately, this is all about to change thanks to Typekit.

Have you ever imagined, how it is to trace almost every single minute of a day during whom terorrists are realizing their evil plans to destroy USA? Directors of 24 did. In this show, every episode takes 40 minutes (so it basically gives characters 20 minutes of personal time) and every season takes 24 episodes. Entire day. Awesome.
What has to be mentioned, that in 24, there are superheroes. Don’t know about the others, but resolutely Jack Bauer is one. He is the only man who can die at least once during an hour, save his country twice as more often and don’t even say one little fuck during all these events (God, I hope he’s using this 20 minutes to pee and all that kind of needs!).
I don’t know how about you, but I’d shit my pants if I had to do all he does. As mentioned, this guy is a hero. I’m also truly convinced there are other superheroes on this show, they just didn’t have chance to die enough times yet!

Possibly right on the matter of days I’m about to find out a lot of things about my future – I just made first choice that actually matters and will have significant influence on my future. High School.
Place, where I’m about to spend next 3 years, meet new – hopefully great people, discover new experiences, learn something. Finally something I can call a final step before being an adult – because according to the law, after high school, I can do whatever I fuckin’ want without asking parents. YES.
